There may be times when you want to return an order. Perhaps you don't like the product, or there's another reason why you don't want to keep the order. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After the cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping costs to our online store. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package. This price depends on the shipping provider and the country you're shipping from. Check your shipping provider's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging.
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is returned in perfect condition. Please note that we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or received proof of return from you.

How do I return a product?

1. Download the return form here
   It is imperative that you complete the return form and enclose it with your return. You must include your IBAN for the refund on the form. Without the return form, the refund cannot be processed.

2. Prepare your package for shipping
   Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging and, ideally, in the original shipping carton. Enclose the completed return form. It's important that you fill out all the required information on the form to make the return process faster and easier.

3. Attach the return label to your package
   Once you have packed the item along with the return form and sealed the box, firmly attach the return label to the box.

Important information about the condition of the product & tracking number:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is in perfect condition. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return. Therefore, please retain your tracking information (e.g., invoice and tracking number) until we have confirmed receipt of the goods. If the goods are returned in a dirty or used condition and we need to clean, for example, the water tank or other components, a cleaning fee of €20 will be deducted from the refund.

For special offers:
If two items are purchased, one with a discount code, the special offer will expire. In this case, the lower price will be refunded.

Important information about the Cleaner Spray

We've increasingly noticed that the cleaner spray, which is offered as a free gift, is often not returned. Please note that it must always be returned with the RYER Plus. Otherwise, a fee of €20 will be charged.
