Is the Ryer wet vacuum also suitable for tiled floors or only for carpets?
Yes, the Ryer wet vacuum is suitable for both tiled floors and carpets. For hard floors like tile and laminate, the Ryer Plus offers additional convenience thanks to the included attachment. This accessory ensures optimal cleaning and protects delicate floors from potential damage. The standard Ryer can also be used on hard floors, but without this special attachment.
The dust mites are inside the mattress core. Is it possible to remove them with a vacuum cleaner?
Yes, it is entirely possible to remove dust mites from the core of your mattress. The Ryer Ultimate's 100-degree steam function, in particular, offers an effective solution. The high temperature kills dust mites and their eggs, while the powerful suction instantly removes dirt and allergens. This gives your mattress a thorough and hygienic clean.
Is there a filter built into the Ryer wet vacuum? Or is there only a water tank inside?
No, the Ryer carpet cleaner does not have a built-in filter. The unit directly sucks up the dirt, which immediately lands in the dirty water tank. This effectively captures dirt and water without the need for a separate filter.
Is the Ryer Plus also suitable for removing dust mites, or does this only apply to the Ryer Ultimate?
The Ryer Plus can partially remove dust mites thanks to its powerful suction power. However, the Ryer Ultimate, with its 100-degree steam function, offers an even more effective solution, as the high temperature reliably kills the mites and their eggs. For thorough mite control, we recommend the Ryer Ultimate.
Can the steam cleaner also be used for box spring bed toppers and does it also remove stains from sofas?
Not directly with the steam cleaner, but it is possible with a microfiber cloth. We always recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first to ensure the surface is suitable. The steam cleaner simply steams and disinfects the surface. For stain removal, we recommend one of our carpet cleaners. 10.
